René and Peter Bouman recently travelled to Brazil to visit a number of Lime and Papaya growers. This was an intensive but extremely productive trip during which we were able to strengthen the relationships with our preferred suppliers. We discussed the preparations for the new Lime peak season with our partner in Lime, Supracitrus, in Olímpia. They also took us to see their new plantations with young plants. In addition, we discussed innovative ideas to further optimise the marketing of these Limes. Do you want to know more? Do not hesitate to contact us!
Peter and René also visited the Papaya areas in Vitória and Mossoró. Did you know that Formosa and Golden are grown in different areas? The distance between these areas is more than 1700 kilometres! The Formosa is a more sensitive variety and therefore thrives best in the warmer and drier climate of Mossoró. We visited various plantations and warehouses with our supplier Interfruit and we saw how the Papayas are packed in our own Royal Fresh boxes. Curious if we can provide you with our service, let us know!
